- Recommends and executes procurement strategies, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and proper documentation for local, regional, and global needs.
- Resolves issues related to vendor performance in delivery of goods and services. The role also supports the Payment Team in procurement related concerns on payments, closing documents, etc.
- Regularly maintains purchasing related analytical reports. Supports decision making process of their supervisor and internal customers.
- Provide legal counsel on employment law, data protection, competition, consumer protection, anti-corruption, and corporate governance matters.
- Manages existing supplier base in his/her respective area and maintain effective communication with vendors
- Monitor compliance with corporate procurement policies, code of conduct, operating guidelines, local regulations and visibility for corporate audit as well as JSOX requirements.
- Supports sourcing activities by assisting with requirements, supplier negotiations, and commercial agreements to optimize quality, cost, and service.
- University degree with 3-5 years of experience
- Strong system utilization and analysis techniques for Procurement and sourcing activities. MS Office and SAP (optional).
- Well experienced in Procurement, Purchasing, Relationship Building, Customer Service, Reporting
