Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and target potential purchasers in the property market, especially residential projects and unsold inventory stocks. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Coordinate with the project management and sales & marketing team to deliver exceptional service to purchasers. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales personnel to achieve individual and team targets. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the sales process. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial real estate sector.
