Job Responsibilities 1. Customer Communication: Professionally respond to customer inquiries via text and phone calls. Provide comprehensive product information and address any concerns or issues raised by customers. 2. Showroom Appointment Management (Trello): Efficiently organize and assign customers with booked appointments to designated salespersons within the showroom. 3. Site Visit Coordination (Trello): Schedule site visits for designers and salespersons to customers' houses for accurate measurements. Confirm the placement and sizing of cabinets during site visits. 4. Opening Group: Capture new customer details and input them into the system. Create and manage a WhatsApp group to share relevant project details among team members. 5. Installation Team Coordination: Notify customers of scheduled installation dates. Coordinate with the installation team and lorry team to ensure timely unloading of items and the commencement of the installation process. 6. Aftersales Support: Document and address customer complaints or defects in their projects.
