What does the role involve As a Digital Workplace engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team that delivers cutting-edge solutions for Hilti's global workforce. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining the solutions that enable Hilti employees to work efficiently and effectively from anywhere, anytime. As part of the Workplace Platforms team you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and tools in the fields of Windows, Modern Device Management, Desktop Virtualization, Printing, and personal productivity. You will support and improve our Azure Virtual Desktop environment and implement new use cases for various user personas globally on different platforms (Windows, iOS, Android) leveraging Microsoft Endpoint Manager. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders across different regions and functions to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible user experience. What you need is: Minimum a bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems / Technology, Business Management, or related fields with a CGPA of 3.0 and above. Knowledge of principles of Virtual Desktop environment (Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix). Ability to troubleshoot and deploy applications on a virtual environment. Minimum of 3+ years of working experience in related fields. Fresh Graduates with CGPA of 3.5 and above can also apply. Vendor management experience and ability to set up and execute management processes related to printers & scanners. Interest and willingness to learn and support modern device management at Hilti. Active contribution to extension of team expertise in multiple technologies / skill areas. Able to develop yourself to deliver end-to-end including interfaces to others. Fluent in English, able to work and perform in an agile context applying the defined common methods.
