Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Oracle databases (versions 12c, 19c, or later).
Monitor database performance and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Optimize database performance and ETL jobs for efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application performance and scalability.
Ensure database security, compliance, and data integrity across environments.
Automate routine DBA tasks using scripting (Shell, PL/SQL, Python, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8–10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA in large-scale enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, RMAN, and OEM.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development and tuning.
Experience with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Added advantage for Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM).
Exposure to other RDBMS platforms (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for database deployments.
