The role will also be involved in technology-related audit engagements. He/She also contributes to IT Projects planning and implementation, vendor management and IT risk and issue management.Roles and Responsibilities:Plan and implement IT Compliance framework and policies.Conduct regular compliance audits & collaborate with cross-functional teams ensure adherence to internal policies.Assist in the preparation along with response to external audits and assessmentsAssist in addressing compliance-related incidents and vulnerabilitiesIdentify and mitigate the IT risks and issues, implementing preventive and corrective actions.Manage IT asset, Inventory update, record keeping and documentation as per company standards.Maintain the IT policies, procedures, standards, and best practices, ensuring that they are compliant with the relevant laws and regulations.Monitor and evaluate the IT performance and quality, using appropriate metrics and indicators.Communicate and collaborate with management, business units, and external partners on IT implementation, expansion planning and providing them with regular reports and updates.Coordinate the IT projects and initiatives, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Job Requirements:3 years of working experience in ITIL environmentBachelor’s degree in Science or related field or equivalent experienceFamiliarity and understanding in any audit frameworks.A self-starter with proactive attitude and the ability to work independentlyStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present audit findings and recommendations to auditeesAbility to communicate and articulate to internal users and external vendors at all levelsGood team player with strong stakeholder management skillsAbility & proactively communicate problems with supervisors as they become knownBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
