The individual will be the hands-on person with the ability to provide support to Logistics & Warehouse Team.

How you will do it:

Management of day-to-day warehousing & logistics activities for Malaysia Warehouse and other relevant sites.
Lead and implement world class EHS standards/ 5S programs for the warehouses in charged to achieve Zero Harm objective.
Ensure real time ERP & WMS update in accordance to the physical transaction performed.
Ensure Trade Compliance, Import/ Export and regulatory documentation requirements are met; properly filed and archived for easy retrieval.

Work closely with freight forwarders/vendor in arrangement of incoming deliveries, booking and collection schedules
Perform investigation and establish improvement initiatives regarding the quality, quantity or operational feedback from the Customers or other stakeholders.
Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the certification of Integrated Management System requirements (ISO9001, OHSAS18001 & ISO14001 standard).

What we look for:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1 to 5 years working experience in similar industries and in logistics or warehouse fields.
Speak optimally, foster open communication; listen to others; deliver presentations optimally. Demonstrate the ability to present information clearly so that it is understood by customers; achieve understanding and agreement with customers/contractors, other department and sales staff.
