We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Change Management & Growth to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless adoption of change and maximizing growth across digital channels. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive change management and growth strategies aligned with the organization&aposs digital transformation goals. Identify, plan, and coordinate activities to build and increase change readiness among stakeholders. Assess stakeholders, plan engagement strategies, and execute communication plans to effectively convey change messages. Build a network of change champions to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability. Monitor and control all change management activities to ensure successful implementation. Optimize yield across digital channels by conducting ROI analysis, designing experimental campaigns, and implementing A/B testing. Collaborate with Digital Experience, UI/UX, and Channel Management teams to leverage popular trends and brainstorm innovative ideas to attract and engage users. Work closely with head and senior management to develop strategies, facilitate, and support the implementation of design thinking and innovation initiatives. Experiment with new channels to develop promising acquisition campaigns. Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer retention. Act as a back-up for cross-functional units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, digital marketing, or a similar role. Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives and achieving growth targets. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and mobile. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms. A passion for innovation and a willingness to embrace change.
