Role Purpose(s) Support the Technology Risk Management and Architecture Office functions by maintaining governance documentation, conducting technology risk assessments, and assisting with technology evaluation processes. This role serves as a bridge between technical teams and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture principles while supporting technology decision-making processes across the organization. Key Accountabilities Maintain and update Technology Risk Management principles, policies, and documentation to ensure current and accurate governance standards Conduct technology risk assessments for project and product teams, providing compliance guidance and recommendations Contribute to the development and maintenance of architecture standards, governance documents, and best practice guidelines Support technology evaluation processes by analysing solutions against enterprise architecture principles and providing endorsement recommendations Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance status, risk assessments, and improvement opportunities for management review Assist with the Architecture Office Endorsement process by reviewing technical proposals and conducting compliance assessments Maintain documentation standards, templates, and governance artifacts to ensure consistency across the organization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology decisions align with enterprise architecture and risk management frameworks Job Responsibilities & Duties Review and analyse technology proposals, solutions, and implementations for compliance with enterprise architecture standards Document risk assessment findings and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate identified technology risks Conduct research on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on existing architecture and risk profiles Participate in architecture review meetings and provide technical analysis to support decision-making processes Maintain relationships with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather information for risk assessments and compliance reviews Support the creation and maintenance of technology inventories, risk registers, and compliance dashboards Assist in the development of training materials and guidelines for technology risk management best practices Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact technology risk and architecture standards Key Job Competencies Manages Complexity Learning Agility Stakeholder Engagement Continuous Improvement Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field Working Experience Requirements 0-2 years of experience in IT, software development, or technology-related roles Fresh graduates with strong academic background and internship experience in technology environments are encouraged to apply Experience with technology assessment, documentation, or analysis roles is beneficial but not mandatory Skills Required Must-have skills Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure concepts Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills Ability to read and understand technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system specifications Basic knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and principles Preferable skills Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL) Experience with risk management methodologies and tools Knowledge of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) Understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, Java, SQL) Project management fundamentals Industry certifications in enterprise architecture or IT governance CrimsonLogic is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
