Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

Manage the company&aposs e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (E-newsletter) to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue. Monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement to enhance the online shopping experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including product descriptions, images, and videos, to optimize product visibility and drive sales. Being responsible of daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting and to support the Manager, E-Commerce in data analysis and forecasting. Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to identify new opportunities for growth. Implement strategies to optimize search engine visibility, improve website rankings, and drive organic traffic. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and service providers to support e-commerce operations and initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on e-commerce performance, KPIs, and initiatives. Supporting the last mile processes (end to end Operations, Fulfilment & Customer Service) to ensure the success of order processing, on-time delivery and returns. This role is a critical part of our Digital team with strong liaisons to Brand and PR, working closely on strategy alongside the local and global teams, optimising our customer experience and being able to give strong new ideas and concepts to the business. Requirement *More than 1 years experience *You will have excellent spoken and written English skills *Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. *Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms. *Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheet.
