Staff Specialist Supply Chain Planning

In your new role you will:
- Lead and manage short-term and long-term capacity and supply planning activities.
- Collaborate with Business Demand Planners to ensure alignment between demand forecasts and production capabilities.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Planners to identify and resolve capacity limitations or supply roadblocks.
- Develop strategies to manage production flexibility and implement capacity improvement plans.
- Track and report on capacity utilization metrics and progress of capacity increase initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage allocation decisions during capacity constraints to support business priorities.
- Actively participate in projects focused on optimizing supply chain processes, tools, and change management.
- Prepare clear and concise presentation materials for internal and cross-functional meetings, and present findings and proposals effectively to stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automation or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python) is an added advantage.
