Role Overview As a Full Stack Developer at AI LENS, you'll play a key role in building and scaling our financial analytics platform. You'll work across the stack, from user-facing applications to cloud-based backend systems , collaborating with data scientists and product teams to deliver cutting-edge AI-powered features. What You'll Do Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs using Python (FastAPI) and React . Database Management : Build and optimize data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and explore graph databases for advanced analytics. AI Integration : Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine learning models into intuitive, user-friendly products. Cloud Deployment : Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP , ensuring reliability and scalability. Security & Compliance : Uphold best practices for handling sensitive financial data in line with global standards. Code Quality : Write clean, testable code with robust documentation and performance optimization. What We're Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering , or related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience). 2-5 years of professional experience in full stack development , preferably in a fintech or SaaS environment. Technical Skills Proficient in Python (FastAPI) and React for end-to-end application development. Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL) , with exposure to graph databases . Experienced in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP . Skilled in containerization and CI/CD workflows , including Docker and GitHub Actions . Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and Celery for queue-based task processing and background jobs . Knowledgeable in observability practices , including structured logging , distributed tracing , and metrics collection , using tools like OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, and Sentry . Experienced in testing and quality assurance , including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing with frameworks such as pytest, Jest, and Cypress . Experienced in integrating and scaling AI/ML models into production systems. Interpersonal Skills Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset . Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment .
