Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telco/IT Project Management Consultant at Tripple Stack Consulting in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Consultant will be responsible for leading strategic transformation initiatives, delivering management consulting engagements, program and project management, and establishing enterprise-wide PMO functions . The role involves providing high-impact consulting services, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and advising C-suite executives on key business challenges. Responsibilities As a Senior Consultant, you'll work as part of a team of subject matter experts and experienced industry professionals to solve complex business issues and deliver consulting projects from strategy through to execution: Lead and deliver end-to-end management consulting engagements in areas such as digital transformation, business model innovation, and operational efficiency. Partner with client executives to shape strategic roadmaps , define target operating models, and manage organizational change. Conduct structured problem solving, diagnostic assessments , and opportunity analysis to identify client challenges and recommend tailored solutions. Maintain competitive market intelligence and provide insights into industry and technological trends that impact client businesses. Advise clients on governance models , PMO frameworks, and portfolio management approaches to ensure consistent and scalable delivery capabilities. Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to drive alignment and consensus around transformation objectives. Translate broad organizational strategies into specific initiatives, KPIs, and implementation plans. Build business cases, investment proposals, and transformation charters for major strategic programs. Mentor and coach junior consultants in management consulting methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking. Take ownership of high-stakes deliverables and ensure quality standards align with top-tier consulting benchmarks.
