- Lead and oversee client engagements, including compliance seasons planning, managing tax compliance deliverables, ensuring timely delivery of services in accordance with agreed service levels and client expectations.
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for tax-related queries, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Assist with review and improve internal processes to enhance client service efficiency and technical accuracy.
- Keep abreast with the latest employment related regulatory development, ensuring all work complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to foster professional growth and maintain a motivated, high-performing engagement team, including assisting with conducting training sessions as part of these responsibilities.
- Assist in managing the financial performance of the engagement, including timely billing.

- Possess Bachelor's Degree in related disciplines such as Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/MIA/MICPA).
- Mininum 8 years of working experience in SG Individual/Personal Income Tax.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Prior experience in managing junior team members/leading a team.
