Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Puchong for a Mortgage Specialist. The Mortgage Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing mortgage applications from clients, conducting thorough financial assessments, and providing expert guidance on suitable mortgage products. Daily tasks include marketing mortgage products, processing and approving mortgages, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. The specialist will also provide excellent customer service and support throughout the mortgage process. Qualifications Strong skills in Mortgage Marketing, Mortgages, and Mortgage Lending Minimum 1 year mortgage experience Proficiency in Finance Excellent Customer Service skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with financial regulatory compliance is beneficial Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
