Transportation Supervisor

• Supervising and leading personnel at all levels of the Transportation Department to carry out daily cargo transportation work, and be responsible for the reasonable, safe and economical use of company vehicles.
• Daily management of personnel at all levels in the Department of Transportation, including travel safety, attendance, performance appraisal, personnel adjustment, work guidance and safety
• Reviewing and approving the vehicle demand application form of each department, and reasonably arranging the use of vehicles according to vehicle needs, keeping track of the specific whereabouts and status of each vehicle at any time, and ensuring the effective use of company vehicles
• Arranging and coordinating the use of vehicles for finished product shipments, and reviewing truck factory orders.
• Supervising and managing the supply of oil, tolls, etc. for various types of vehicles.
• Supervising the daily travel status of various types of vehicles in the company and reviewing daily vehicle travel log records
• Supervising and managing the daily maintenance of the company's various vehicles, supervising drivers' safe use of vehicles, maintaining vehicles, and arranging regular vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• Reviewing and identifying qualified units to provide accessories and maintenance services for the company's various vehicles
• Annual review of the company's various vehicles, handling of traffic violations, and arranging the annual inspection of drivers' driving licenses
• Training of driver safety and traffic law regulations of the Ministry of Transport to ensure the safety of personnel and vehicles
• Following up and completing other temporary transportation work and tasks assigned by the production manager and general manager

• SPM or above (if you have extensive experience in logistics and transportation management, academic qualifications may be considered as appropriate)
• More than 3 years of transportation management experience, good organizational and coordination skills, excellent communication and execution skills
• Applicants who are familiar with traffic regulations and road conditions around Selangor will be given priority
• Good health, able to bear hardships and stand hard work
• Priority will be given to those who can start work immediately
