- Records & answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Obtain relevant information to handle service inquiries effectively.
- Provide excellent service in face-to-face interactions to build and enhance relationships with customers. Ensure smooth business operations and inventory control of the branch to achieve targeted sales and services.
- Possess a strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Handle walk-in customers efficiently by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets company and industry standards.
- Demonstrate reasonably strong analytical skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities through effective communication with customers.
- Persuade and close sales effectively.
- Up-selling and Cross-selling of devices and rate plans.
- RM2000 basic + RM6000 - RM8000 commission.
