Production ExecutiveJob Description

Automation production line, process control, process improvement and cost saving project.
Organize, implement and maintain Production Process Flow mainly in automatic production line.
Develop Work Instruction (WI), Procedure and Process Control related to Production Process.
Leading, supervising and managing a team of supervisors and production workers.

Improve continually existing operation for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings. * Provide manufacturing data; i.e. production control charts, reliability, process capability to improve the process and monitor and with measure progress to target.

Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations; i.e. new process equipment and equipment justification to improve performance.

Enhance operating efficiency and productivity by effective maintenance of equipment, reducing wastage, eliminating pilferage, and keeping proper documentation and records on production operation, including all consumable inventory management. * Work closely with technical and quality assurance team to maintain quality of products.

Ensure food safety by implementing/maintaining Halal, HACCP systems and etc.

Carry out any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronic or Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in production operation, preferably from food industry.
High integrity with good analytical and problem solving skills.

Those with knowledge of Halal, GMP and HACCP will have added advantage. * Good team player and team leader.

Willing work at Kulai, Johor.
