- Highly organized and efficient professional with administrative, operational and customer services.
- Understand and assist to coordinate the entire sales processes for project based business (from pre-qualification till successful handover of the project to end customer).
- Actively involved in the operational aspect of sales processes including but not limited to coordinating pre-shipment, shipment matters, billing cycles and documentations with vendors and manufacturing plants.
- Primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness in operation and providing support to organization's admin, sales and after sales functions to achieve organization's strategies, policies and targets.
- Understand and apply the basic fundamentals of business administration in project based business.
- Coordinate and interact with a multi-cultural/disciplinary environment that requires communications across ASEAN countries
- Understand the fundamentals of market research in relation to its application to business product of the department
- Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing, or its equivalent
- Minimum 3-4 of relevant working experience.
- Deadline oriented and good time management and handling multiple task.
- Good communication in English, both oral and written and having a good customer oriented mindset.
