We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in B2B & B2C sales , strong relationship-building skills, and passion for sustainable packaging solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities Identify & secure new business opportunities in the food packaging & FMCG sectors Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product information. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve sales targets Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review Monitor market trends and competitor activities Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in paper packaging industry Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing or any related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Mandarin Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of food packaging regulations and standards Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
