- Define and uphold brand identity, tone, and storytelling across all platforms
- Approve and guide seasonal campaign directions, key visuals, and product themes
- Lead brainstorming, creative briefings, and final approvals of brand assets and communications
- Lead strategic discussions and negotiations for brand collaborations, ambassador partnerships, and special campaigns - ensuring alignment with company values and positioning
- Create and manage integrated annual and seasonal timelines across design, production, branding, marketing, and social media
- Ensure timely product launches with campaign and production alignment
- Chair brand calendar meetings and milestone check-ins with all department managers
- Align cross-functional teams on timelines and creative direction for new launches, stores, or partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to grow brand equity, reach, and revenue
- Oversee brand expansion plans, including entry into new markets, product verticals, or demographic segments
- Work closely with the CEO and DGM to evaluate and plan for physical store expansion opportunities, including new locations, pop-ups, and regional presence
- Identify new market opportunities, product lines, or customer segments in line with modest fashion trends
- Work closely with COO, international distributors to explore strategic partnerships
- Work closely with CEO & Sales team to analyze company sales data and performance
- Collaborate with department managers (Design, Production, Brand, Marketing, Social Media) to align team KPIs with brand goals
- Provide mentorship and feedback to develop high-performing creative and strategic teams through regular performance review
- Monitor and evaluate campaign, product, and sales performance - translating insights into action
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA is an additional value)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in brand-building roles, preferably in fashion, modestwear, or lifestyle brands
- Demonstrated success in managing seasonal brand cycles and integrated campaigns
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to align diverse teams behind one vision
