Purchaser

• Conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, particularly focusing on servers, hardware, and related technology equipment.
• Compare prices and quality to ensure the best deal.
• Meet with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
• Liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
• Monitor inventory and write orders to refill stock.
• Updating all records of purchased products.
• Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
• Attending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.

• .Proven experience as a Purchaser/Purchasing Agent/Buyer or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of purchasing procedures, policies, and principles.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
• Proficiency in both Mandarin & English is mandatory to communicate with internal stakeholders
