- Provide leadership to the sales team across the country.
- Oversee sales operations within the country and internationally.
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends.
- Establish sales objectives and programs by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories.
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to ensure customer retention.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying informed of supply and demand, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Consult with potential customers to understand their needs and suggest products and services accordingly.
- Resolve customer complaints and other issues affecting sales operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Law, Marketing, Economics, or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Building Materials, Industrial/Retail Storage, Industrial Supply, Steel Fabrication/Manufacturing/Trading, or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Supply.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Warehouse Management systems.
