Number7464SharemoreThis role supports the PBCA production lines & focuses on wave soldering / depaneling, and ensures adherence to the quality standards.Your tasks

Operate solder wave with precision and expertise to ensure the highest quality output
Program soldering profiles and design pallets for wave soldering
Perform inspection on the quality of the soldering results and take corrective action if necessary to ensure high-quality output
Collaborate closely with the Manual Assembly team and support the assembly of THT components
Operate and program the depaneling machines for PCBAs and evaluate the result
Assist in the production assembly of products and adherence to quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area with a focus on safety and efficiency

Certificate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
In-depth knowledge of wave solder process, with the ability to operate a machine with precision and expertise
Experience in the programming of soldering profiles and the creation of production pallets for solder waves
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and accurately
Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with operators, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Ability to work independently and be part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
High quality awareness and willingness to take responsibility
