Personal Assistant (Yuan.Pilates) – Kota Kinabalu

- working hours: 42hours per week
- Provide secretarial and admin support.
- Maintaining schedules and calendars.
- Handling personal tasks for Director.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events and conferences.
- To keep proper filling and documentation of records/ account.
- Overseeing general office operations.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment.
- Assist to arrange and book business trips.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in relevant field in
- Business Administration/Secretarial Studies
- At least 2 years of relevant work experiences as a Personal Assistant/ Secretary
- Proficiency in Computer Skills & Microsoft office Suite
- Having related industry knowledge in Accounting and Property Maintenance would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.
- Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Good sense of work prioritization/time management skills and attention to detail.
