Your future employer is a property developer/conglomerate that has a strong presence in East Malaysia. We are in the search of a new General Manager that will be responsible for all property development operations of the company.

- To develop full-scale project execution plans and related communications.
- To plan, design, manage, monitor and control of full project life-cycle to meet the approved standard on quality, cost and time.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate expectations to relevant parties.
- Identify land, projects, and new business opportunities to boost company profitability.
- Proactively monitor and assess competitor initiatives, take tactical decisions to counter, protect and enhance the Company's position.
- To lead other property development functions to ensure new projects meets both business and market needs.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in company expansion and possess a strong network.
- Past experience in land acquisition and product development would be valuable.
- Bachelor's Degree from any relevant discipline with a proven track record in management
