- Location: Melaka (frequent travel to other districts such as Batu Pahat and Seremban; reporting manager in Johor Bahru)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Engage with a minimum of 6 customers daily at various construction sites
- Conduct daily product demonstrations to showcase Hilti solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Contribute to sales planning and maintain accurate performance records
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor landscape
- This job needs to go to construction sites very often to sell in products/solution to Main Contractor/Sub-contractor
- Use Salesforce to log client meetings and communication process, similar to Seek
- Prepare quotations using their quotation generation system
- Work with Credit team for collection of revenue and coordinate with Logistics team for delivery to client's construction site
- Minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability in business development and conducting product demos
- Account Manager KPI is getting 6-8 receipts from clients (receipts refer to physical meetings and lead generation)
- 12-month structured training program
- Stage 2 of training will be conducted in Singapore; company will sponsor travel and accommodation
- Resignation Clause:
- If candidate resigns within 1 year: must pay back 50% of sponsored training expenses
- If resigns within 2 years (but more than 1 year): must pay back 25% of training costs
- Sales Target Incentive Multiplier:
- 90% = 0.5 multiplier
- 100% = 1.0 multiplier
- 120% = 2.0 multiplier
- Incentive Breakdown:
- Incentive 1 (Sales + Collection) = 70%
- Sales (minimum 90%) + collection from client (minimum 65%, cap at 120%)
- Incentive 2 (One-stop solution contract sales) = 30%
- Cap on 138%
- Company petrol card: MYR 1,000/month
