Role Overview We are seeking a Project Manager for a 4-months contract to oversee multiple regional projects. The ideal candidate will drive project discussions, keep teams aligned, and ensure timely delivery of objectives within a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities Organize, plan, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion Lead project discussions, set clear agendas, to achieve project milestones Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; anticipate potential challenges and resource needs Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met Provide weekly project updates and status reports to stakeholders/sponsors Collaborate and communicate effectively with regional teams and cross-functional partners Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, compliance, and quality expectations Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices Document lessons learned and support project handover at contract end Validate and review data and workflow in Ramco system Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field Proven experience managing complex, multi-country or regional projects Strong organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with stakeholder management and conflict resolution Ability to lead, influence, and reach consensus with cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in project management tools Critical Attributes Strategic mindset with hands-on execution High level of accountability and ownership Adaptable and resilient in the face of change Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness for working with diverse teams Result Oriented & accountable Remuneration RM8,000 - RM10,000 Consultant In Charge May l [HIDDEN TEXT] l 012 280 1717 Show more Show less
