Job ID: 20240165 C(A45)AHPosition: Finance Senior Executive (P2P Finance Shared Services)Term: 1 year contract (Renewable at the end of the contract as to convert into permanent)Salary: MYR4,800 MYR6,800 (Depends on experiences)Working location: Bangsar South, KLWorking day Mon - FriWorking hours 9am to 6pmJob Responsibilities:Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.Financial activities include, but not limited to: Processing of invoices & payments ensuring accuracy and completeness of information thru AP automation systemAccruals of invoices and expensesProcess expenses reimbursement (Manual or thru Concur system)Resolve employee expense & concur related queries.Review and reconcile aged creditors and debit balances.Manage queries from internal and external stakeholders.Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions.Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives.Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met.Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Team lead/Head of FSSC.Requirements:Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.Experience within a shared services set-up is preferred.Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.Highly committed and able to work independently.Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.Experience in Business central (Accounting software), RPA (Uipath) is preferred
