Senior Exploration Geophysicist

• Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be part of the Malaysian Exploration team.
• You will collaborate closely with the Exploration Manager Malaysia and the APC Area Exploration Manager.
• Your work will directly support TotalEnergies' portfolio growth and exploration drilling strategies in Malaysia.

• Lead geophysical data analysis, interpretation, and synthesis to support exploration activities.
• Contribute to geological model development in integrated geoscience projects.
• Support play and prospect evaluations and new venture assessments.
• Validate new evaluation methods and ensure best practices in data management.
• Mentor junior geophysicists and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Represent the geophysical discipline in technical evaluations and partner engagements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and geoscience standards.

• A university degree in MSc in Engineering, Geology, or Geophysics; PhD in Geophysics is a plus
• 10+ years of professional experience in geoscience and exploration.
• Proven experience in seismic survey design, acquisition monitoring, and processing supervision
• Deep understanding of Malaysia's energy landscape and regulatory frameworks.
