Possess at least SPM/STPM/Professional Certificate/Diploma/Banking/LCCI Diploma or other equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related fields is added advantage
Required Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Accounting System (SQL)
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Able to perform basic bookkeeping and account entries
Prepare payment to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques)
To assist in accounts daily transaction, checking, verification & follow up.
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
To ensure proper maintenance of record documentation & filing
Perform other relevant admin task or any other assignments
