Body:Job Descriptions:
  • To monitor, coordinate cases by customer and to ensure service fulfilment as per the SLA and SOP.
  • Managing related to customer fault issue and performance on daily case activities including liaising with internal and external counterpart. (TM / THD).
  • To manage access (customer premise) database, key contact point to Building managers (BM) and the management of BM related matters that impedes optimal service delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate Assurance/Fulfilment cases from wholesale partners and responsible on Day End Report update.
  • Closing orders in portal and responsible to update in all related system until order completion.
  • Perform courtesy call and verification call to customers after site visit completion to verify on connection status and any Non-Standard charges on site.
  • To provide outbound support on fibre technical queries, manage complex customers and update back to backend Core Team.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree with at least 1 year experience in service line.
  • Computer Literacy - Basic Excel, Basic PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Committed to the task / job assigned.
  • Customer service skill for at least 1 year / fresh graduates can consider.
  • Good in email writing, communication, ability in following -up until issue resolved and escalations.
