Job ID: HRC0637193Job descriptionIn your new role you will:
- Responsible for plant-wide HV/LV electrical installation operation and maintenance including upgrading, capacity study, projects and etc.
- Lead and manage all technical and administrative electrical-related matters and all related tasks including all trouble shooting activities.
- Liaise with external authorities (Suruhanjaya Tenaga, NUR & others) including Electrical Consultants, auditors and etc.
- Manage, deliver, and meet all Internal, and external customer requirements/audits, familiar with ISO16949 requirements or other related standards.
- Managing SAP, documentation system, FMEA, 8D, escalation procedures and etc.
- Energy saving, system cost saving & budget management.
- Managing all warranty claims, inventory control, and logistics arrangement.
- Document control, drawing, and specification updates.
- All other works assigned by the superior.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related qualification and competency.
- Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor plant installation environments or related industries with mission-critical operation and maintenance environments.
- Competent Chargeman registered under Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Local authority)
- Actual hands-on experience in all electrical field works including carrying out low-voltage and high-voltage bump less switching.
- Relevant management expertise and experience required.
- Possess excellent communication, writing, and presentation skill.
