This is Keysight - People and Culture - YouTube Job Description The Automotive and Energy Solution team is looking for a R&D program manager to focus on New Mobility (AV +EV) applications collaborating closely with customers to turn customer requirement into reference solutions that can be replicated with many more customers around the world. JD as below : Lead R&D team in product development and work closely with cross functional team to achieve project timeline and ensuring smooth NPI transition Allocate and plan resources and budget to support R&D projects Define strategies with design partners and also internal cross division/department to accelerate product development process. Responsible to thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the stakeholder. Work directly with customer and MR (manufacturing representatives) on product requirements gathering, beta prototype evaluation and customer early adopter program Lead full product lifecycle checkpoints from investigation till shipment (dual role). Work across different functions such as marketing, service and support, engineering, production, quality, finance, procurement...etc) To create and execute project work plans and to revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirement Strong Keysight PLC process and enforcing project management standards To execute relevant risk management plan, if and when needed To coordinate and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately Work closely with Product planner to prioritize plan for product development to address immediate customer needs/request Candidate with strong test system development background will be an added advantage.
