- Collaboration with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in attracting top talent.
- Establish training program from time to time to ensure all employees are trained and completed assessment effectively.
- To ensure training procedures or documentation can accomplish the training and assessment effectively from time to time.
- Maintain accurate training records and databases to produce relevant training reports as and when required.
- Ensure the programs and systems related to the C&B area meet the company's business strategies, procedures, and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations.
- Implement C&B programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
- Manage annual compensation projects, initiatives, annual performance appraisal and employee benefits.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least 5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good in calculation, analytical process, and data simulation.
- Fluent in English, optionally Korean.
