Executive - Human Resource (Samalaju)

• Collaboration with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in attracting top talent.

• Establish training program from time to time to ensure all employees are trained and completed assessment effectively.
• To ensure training procedures or documentation can accomplish the training and assessment effectively from time to time.
• Maintain accurate training records and databases to produce relevant training reports as and when required.

• Ensure the programs and systems related to the C&B area meet the company's business strategies, procedures, and policies as well as legal requirements and regulations.
• Implement C&B programs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
• Manage annual compensation projects, initiatives, annual performance appraisal and employee benefits.

• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• At least 5 years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good in calculation, analytical process, and data simulation.
• Fluent in English, optionally Korean.
