SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES MANAGER

• Receive and maintain bookings from customers (Booking lists).
• Prepare monthly shipping shipment schedule.
• Attend to all inquiries such as rates, and documents on shipment via email/phone call.
• Communicate closely with internal & external parties to ensure efficient daily operations are well coordinated to meet the sales target.
• Follow up call & send a reminder to the customer of dateline shipment.
• Provide service information, day-to-day shipment update to clients.
• Weekly visits to clients to collect sales orders of import & export shipments.
• Provide appropriate solutions to customer's complaints in the shortest time frame.
• Monitor performance against KPI and take corrective action when necessary. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and maintain current customers.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain and increase business revenue.

• Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent in effective communication both spoken and written, presentation and analytical skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Shipping/Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight Forwarding or equivalent.
