Job Responsibility Responsible as the role model in maintaining company policy, aptitude for high quality documentation, tidiness and cleanliness and supportive team member for the company operations. Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating the operating policy and filing management of the company. Policies are the guidelines and rules to operate the business. Required to constantly observe and get feedback on the usefulness of the policies and make changes to IT where appropriate. Responsible to maintain the company documentation and handle the compliance and readiness. Responsible for paperwork or content support for the superior, such as minutes taking, meeting arrangement, report and presentation preparation, data extractions, communicate on to the team on the reporting requirements, improve data and report organization for more efficient report generation so that quick and accurate decisions can be made. Responsible for ensuring the office is operating smoothly and efficiently. Including the office furniture and facility arrangement for better workflow, equipment readiness, cleanliness and tidiness, licenses and permits, leisure or pantry areas readiness. Responsible for social or company event arrangement such as booking of the venue, performance arrangement, promoters, food and beverages, venue readiness arrangement, gifts, invitations, projectors and sound systems, posters and leaflets, payment arrangement. Responsible for HR arrangement. This includes the job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding orientation, exit interview, training arrangement, claims arrangement, time attendance clocking system matters, discipline issue. To provide assistive support to the superior in his overall task taken in task arrangement, content preparation, reports, meeting, paper works and content, social events, transport arrangement or personal arrangements, to contribute to the overall successful and efficient performance of the tasks being handled. Job Requirements Minimum Advance Diploma qualification. Computer literate. Self-motivated and ability to communicate with people at all level and a good team player. Committed and discipline to works. Ability to multi-task and deliver within timeframe under tight schedule. Obey to Company policies, rules and regulations. Likes maintaining and producing useful documentation. Pleasant Personality, tidy, organized and well-groomed. Well-versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
