Company Business: Logistic and shippingLocation: Georgetown, PenangPosition: Senior HR ExecutiveHeadcount: 1Tenure: PermanentJob Summary:The HR Executive will be responsible for leading and executing the company's full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment & selection, payroll processing, talent development, compensations and benefits, employee engagement, training, performance management & staff discipline to ensure smooth daily operations in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as Malaysia Employment Laws.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll administration, including data input, deduction, and statutory payment compliance. Address payroll related queries form employees.Employee Records: Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, benefits enrolment, and time and attendance records.Reporting: Generate reports for management, compliance and government purposes.Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrolment, claims, and employee inquiries.HR Policies: Ensure company HR policies and procedures are periodically reviewed, communicated and adhered to by employees.Employee Relations: Assist in resolving employee issues, inquiries, and concerns, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting a positive work environment.Compliance: Help ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations and ethical standard requirements including record keeping and reporting.Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and development program for employees. Compile training needs identified by department heads. Maintain training records.Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process and monitor and track employee performance and development plans.Health & Safety: Assist in accident reporting and investigations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience in HR roles, i.e. with blue-collar workers, manufacturing industry, foreign workers etcSound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office.Fluency in both English and Bahasa MalaysiaSub Specialization : Human Resource;HR Generalist Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 5 Years Work Location : Penang
