- Support the business operations within SEA RCC Audit and Assurance practice, including assisting in day-to-day execution of operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly and YTD management reporting for SEA RCC Audit and Assurance practice such as but not limited to:
- Preparation of utilization reports;
- Monitoring and preparation of monthly headcount summary report;
- Data extraction and reporting for ACRA Reporting
- Liaise with local and SEA teams on SG and SEA reporting matters.
- Work with RCC RMT to ensure proper resource allocation.
- Monitor workflows, support scheduling, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet internal and external deadlines.
- Identify and escalate process bottlenecks or issues to supervisors for timely resolution.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Support other initiatives and projects as needs arise.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to the onboarding of new team members.
- Work independently and prepare deliverable under established timelines.

- Must have Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Must have a background in Audit/Accounting.
- Possess minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative support (fresh graduates may be considered).
- Have good understanding of internal controls, corporate governance and workflow processes.
- Familiar with SAP.
- Attention to detail in quality of work.
- Good team player with positive attitude.
- Self-starter, adaptable and comfortable to working in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communications and ability to work well in a team.
