- To solicit and hunt for new merchants for payment acceptance via FIUU.
- To achieve individual KPI in sales and revenue targets.
- To align with the departmental / company’s business objectives and direction.
- To act as the liaison person between key merchants and the company.
- To build and maintain good business relationship with merchants for repeat business and referrals.
- To ensure completeness and timeliness in submitting merchant applications.
- To handle and resolve basic merchant servicing issues by liaising with Tech & Ops teams
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales or business development from a similar industry is required for this position.
- Minimum SPM - Diploma & above will be an advantage.
- Possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.
- Possess an aggressive attitude in hunting for or recruiting good merchants that can help achieve sales target.
- Able to communicate professionally – ability to speak in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
