Performance Test Engineer

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and performance goals.
• Design and develop performance test scenarios, scripts, and test data.
• Develop and implement performance testing strategies, methodologies, Regression performance testing and best practices to ensure to deliver the high-quality software performance.
• Execute performance tests using OCBC-standard tools and methodologies.
• Analyse test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with developers and system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Monitor and analyse system performance in production environments with the help of project team.
• Stay updated with the latest performance testing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Preparation of test deliverables in confluence like test plans, test cases, and test results.
• Monitor and analyse performance test results, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Having good experience in updated version LRE with different protocols and mobile performance testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5 to 10 years) in performance testing.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner (LRE), JMeter, Gatling.
• Added advantage with experience in automation tools like Selenium and TOSCA
• Experience with different protocols like HTTP/HTML, Web service, ISO, Java etc.
• Experience with performance monitoring and profiling tools like ELK, App dynamics, Dynatrace, Perfmon etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
