Role Overview:We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our IT team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role will focus on supporting integration efforts, providing insights into AI development, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background, enabling them to effectively communicate with developers and understand technical outputs.Key Responsibilities:· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.· Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration plans.· Provide strategic insights and recommendations on AI development and implementation.· Work closely with developers to understand and validate technical deliverables.· Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.· Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.· Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives.· Assist in the design and testing of system integrations and enhancements.· Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and compliance standards.RequirementsQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.· 3+ years of experience in business analysis with a technical focus.· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and integration methodologies.· Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL).· Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks is a plus.· Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:· Experience in AI/ML project environments.· Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).· Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools.
