- Working across the Asia to effectively communicate and support the site engineering delivery.
- An in depth of experience in the manufacturing industry, familiar with BMS/SCADA control and Industrial processes such as, PCW / OFA, /HVAC, electrical distribution, generation, renewables.
- Able to embrace and develop new technology, all concepts are welcome.
- Develop further use of Real wear / motion amplification / leak detection/ Thermal imaging as the primary support technology.
- Must be able to clearly define and align success criteria, measurable metrics, control variables and proof of concept / pilot plan and support viable proposed initiatives. Selection will be supported based on the historical baseline data, identify the sites with highest value potential to implement pilot and proof of concept.

- The role deals with an array of premises types, offices, labs and factories, As RE, you must be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the installed systems and services and processes, to be able to identify and advise, where risk can be reduced and predictive approaches can be deployed.
- The RE must be able to exchange, engage, convey, and express their technical knowledge, acting as the account subject matter expert, whose creative ideas are expressed in a way that can be understood easily and quickly by their non-technical team members.

- Directly responsible for clear definition proliferation and standardization of operational procedures for the system / systems in scope
- Represent JLL at key client meetings.
- Support and promote growth and scope change measures to meet client expectations.
- Drive innovation, by applying smart building technology as a priority.
- Responsible to ensure highest Engineering standards across the sites, always.
- Certified Accreditation via SMRP or equivalent
- Degree Qualified, in a relevant field – Electrical/Mechanical/ I&C/HVAC,
- Preferred - 5 years of Energy management experience in factory / facilities environment.
- A proven track record in the field of Reliability &/or predictive engineering
- Level 5 English both spoken and written.
