1. JOB PURPOSE To design, develop, and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications that meet user and business needs. 2. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Build and maintain server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and data management layers. Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between client-side interfaces and backend services. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing web applications to improve performance, functionality, and user experience. Implement upgrades and refactor code where necessary. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in performance, maintainability, and application security. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks in web development, applying relevant advancements to improve workflows and application quality. Work closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to deliver projects on time. Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior developers to foster team growth. Undertakes any other tasks that immediate supervisor/Management may assign from time to time. 3. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES Bachelor&aposs Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field. Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as Web Developer or a similar role. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, PHP, or others relevant to the role. Proficiency or familiarity with frameworks like Laravel or CakePHP is considered an advantage for this position. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
