Quantity Surveyor

• Manage costs of construction project to ensure the project is completed within its projected budget
• Forecast the costs of different materials needed for the project
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Undertake other responsibilities when required.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Required Skill(s): numeracy, a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to use
• Autocad, Glodon, ability to negotiate, attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Must be fluent in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese Speaking clients.
