GrowthOps is part of The Applied AI Company. About your new role! We are looking for a dynamic Junior Web Developer to join our team at GrowthOps Asia. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility in the following areas: Optimize and deliver web application solutions based on the defined scope, assist in content editing and publishing following established style guidelines Collaborate with the team in coding, testing, and deploying codes that integrates with API end points Collaborate with the team to assess and develop project effort estimates, and plan the implementation based on a defined scope, activities and assumptions Assess technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Comply and contribute to frontend coding standards, project development processes and best practices Ensure that development work meets browser and device compatibility requirements Understand and implement API programming and web services as needed, and where required, for frontend components to work correctly Understand business, functional, technical, security aspects as required Define or clarify Technical / IT-centric matters and solutions with multidisciplinary stakeholders Perform defect monitoring and reporting Provide technical support for the team on frontend related issues, and providing solutions to defects and bugs Identify and report solution and development risks related to the projects and propose mitigation actions What we&aposd love to see from you: Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment Excels at operating in a fast-paced work environment and with the commitment to get the job done Desire to employ the use of plugins and tools to provide a better and automated development experience A proficient level of technical competency, with development experience, in one or more of the following: Frontend related HTML Strong grasp with Javascript, VueJs and JQuery Frontend frameworks such as, but not limited to, Bootstrap, Tailwind, Foundation, Semantic, or CSS frameworks like SASS and LESS Knowledge and experience in using GIT or similar source code management system PSD Slicing - able to slice Photoshop Designs and create web standard assets Knowledgeable in SLDC and good SQL background Knowledge and experience of Web Standards and Frontend best practices Knowledge and experience developing with major browsers including but not limited to Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge Have a strong motivation to learn and solve problems You emphasize in producing quality work You recognize and understand what makes and leads towards a good UI and UX Trainable and shows enthusiasm in learning new technologies and delivery approaches Knowledge of different delivery methodologies such as SDLC or Agile Show more Show less
