Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end eStamping process for employment contracts via the LHDN platform. Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with statutory requirements. Liaise with internal stakeholders to coordinate contract stamping and record-keeping. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed. Ideal Candidate Profile: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel (e.g., lookup formulas, pivot tables, data tracking). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Well-versed in LHDN eStamping procedures , regulatory timelines, and implications of errors or delays.
