- Responsible to provide all information to customer as required, which is Quality related (Product, Return, Replacement, Specification, QMS, Audit).
- Responsible to work with internal functional teams to meet the needs of the customer.
- Timely response to customer complaint as define the procedure or customer prescribed manner.
- Perform customer complaint corrective action for implementation and effectives
- To provide any on-site support to customer during customer audit.
- Perform analysis and validation of customer returned parts.
- Effectively manage Return Material Authorization procedure.
- Responsible for customer request / Corrective Action
- Implement data collection, analysis to meet the requirement.
- To coordinate product return / in house purge re-screen activities as effectively.
- Work closely with internal functional team to achieve customer product Quality performance.
- Compile quality data for Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with customer.
- Compile and lead Yield Report review with customer;
- Compile quality report, analyse data and provide suggestion on quality improvement plan;
- To establish and maintain quality documents such as SOP, WI, SIP, Control Plan and etc.
- Participate and contribute effectively to the periodical quality review.
- Perform any other assignment instructed by the superior.
