  • Possess strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, result oriented and able to work independently.
  • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Possess own transport and MUST be willing to travel outstation (East Malaysia- 1 time every 3 months)
  • Candidates with previous experience in trade sales will be an advantage
  • Have good interpersonal, negotiation & presentation skill Educational Background: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree preferably in Business/ Marketing or equivalent. (with experience)
  • Minimum must have at least (3) years of working experience in relevant sales experience covering pharmacy channel/retail/ supermarket channel.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Able to work independently
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible to develop and grow sales in the retail & pharmacy channel
  • Responsible for conducting sales activities which include source new customers, attend to existing customers, promote company products & monitor customer accounts.
  • Establish good rapport with decision makers (at all levels)
  • To implement and manage all branding / trade marketing-related activities eg- display, merchandising, road-shows, sampling, exhibitions, promoter deployment etc.
  • To build good relationships with trade partners, responsible for customer service and customer satisfaction in all served markets
  • To increase business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Negotiate business terms/trading terms with each channel and customers to reach the most effective condition for the company.
  • Responsible for payment collection, achieve agreed sales target set by management
  • Attend customer enquiries & complains
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Reporting to Operation Manager
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
