Warehouse Assistant

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain is an added advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting (within safe limits).
• Basic computer skills and ability to use warehouse systems (training will be provided).
• Forklift driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing goods in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for delivery.
• Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
• Ensure goods are labelled, arranged, and stored according to company procedures.
• Assist in loading and unloading vehicles for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the warehouse at all times.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely, if trained and authorised.
• Support cycle counts and annual stocktake exercises.
• Report damaged, missing, or faulty goods to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with safety regulations.
